How long have you been in Business?
We have been in Business since 1998. This is not counted as “combined experience” as we have seen Companies advertise…. Or counted as a “hobby or did as a kid” duration. -
Why should I choose YOU?
Our Clients select us because we don’t push products onto them. Our philosophy is we don’t want you spending money… on something you don’t understand or appreciate. We listen to what the Customer wants and combine their answers with the products and services they really need. We are Low Voltage licensed in the State of NC, and also carry a North Carolina Burglar Alarm license. We give a portion of all our sales to charitable organizations. We own our Showroom and have been in business through the Recession. Enough said? -
Who are your Employees?
Our Employees are carefully selected through interviews, background checks, and experience. In fact, if they have a serious traffic ticket, they are not allowed to work with us. We have the NC State Bureau of Investigation do a thorough check due to the nature of our Business. -
Do you have a List of References?
Of course, who wouldn’t ! We can provide a list of Clients for you to Contact and ask about their Project and relationship LONG after the sale. -
Can I trust you in my Home?
Again, we have an extensive Background Check through the NC SBI Agency. In fact, many of our Customers just give us a copy of their house keys in case they are unavailable. Don’t worry, we won’t take the family jet ski for a ride. -
Why do you choose the products you carry?
We are an Audio Video Integrator…..we have been in Business long enough to know what works, what doesn’t, what is reliable, etc. We don’t make commissions on certain products. We just need everything to play well with each other. -
How do you compare your prices to the other guy?
Well, the “other guys” need to have the experience in owning their Company, own their place of Business, and the time behind the name. Our prices are based on our experience and training, and we firmly believe “You get EXACTLY what you pay for”. We also believe our prices reflect the fact we are here years after the sale….. not too many can say that. Our prices are competitive….and we stand firm so you will not have to negotiate in order for us to get the Project. -
Why do you require a deposit for my Project?
Deposits are required to prepare the Project in advance. Whether it is 2 days out, or 4 months, the deposit will prepare Admin for planning, product ordered in advance and stocked on YOUR shelf. A deposit schedule will be laid out in advance to avoid any interruption in scheduling. Equipment must be paid for in advance. Best Bought and HHGregory are not going to let you walk out of the Store with equipment not being paid for....we have to do the same. -
What can I see at your Showroom?
Besides a handsome crew, we offer a fully operating 9.2 Surround Home Theatre, Seating, Automation Equipment, Security, iPad’s that control the Home, disappearing television in Art, books of pictures of Projects we have done, and more. We just ask you set an appointment so Darren is available to talk with you. -
How do I pay for my Project?
All pricing with us is discounted if paid by Check or Cash. If not, MasterCard and Visa is accepted. Sorry, small children will not be an acceptable form of payment. My Wife HATES remotes. Is this going to be complicated? -

If we keep the Wife happy, the Home is happy. It’s our job to make your System behave and easy to use. Our background includes Remote Programming and System Programming. Let us make things happen with just a push of a button.

Will you come to my Home for a FREE Estimate?
We recommend you give us a call first. Let us ask you questions on what you are trying to do. We can stop by and give free advice and simple estimates. Advanced design and product recommendations come later in the sale. -
I already own equipment. Will you install it?
Depending on the AGE of the equipment, where bought, type etc. is the determining factor. We are more than happy to help out with any install, as long as the Customer is aware we cannot guarantee equipment we did not provide. Times for install vary. Today’s Audio Video cannot be responsible for equipment not provided by us. -
I don’t know ANYTHING about technology. What do I ask for?
No worries there. We will ask ALL the questions for you. We are a firm believer in asking a lot of questions about you, your family, the purpose of the visit, your actual needs, etc. We will strike up great ideas you never thought about. Your comfort level will jump up 98% after you talk with us. -
Will you work with my Builder / Designer?
Absolutely. We have worked with MANY Builders and Designers throughout the years. We would meet with them to introduce ourselves, provide all documentation they need (Insurance, Workman’s Comp, etc). Due to the Recession and instability of the Housing Market, the Customer is solely responsible for payments. -
How do you guarantee your Products?
We have a 90 day guarantee on the install of your equipment. Manufacturers’ warranty applies in the event of something going wrong with their equipment. -
What happens after the sale? Can I call you?
We would hope so ! We have a long, lasting relationship with our clients LONG after the sale. They turn to us for upgrades, remodels, etc. since we know their Home and situation the best. We keep all your files, films, programming on our Server for future reference. -
How far will you travel for my Project?
Depending on the scope of what you need…… practically anywhere. If you become an existing Client, it is our job to take care of you. We travel throughout all of North Carolina, and have travelled to other states to take care of large and small Homes. Please don’t call us to Anchorage to reset your modem, though. -
Why do you choose the Charities you support?
We believe, as a Company, to support immediate needs. Although there are many GREAT organizations that need support, we feel if we can provide an immediate need, THAT is where the support should be. Whether it is food, shelter, clothing, spiritual, entertainment, safety…… we also believe in Matthew 6:3. -
